Our guarantee

At Ohlala de Sophie Pet Market Inc., we are committed to making healthy treats and strong, reliable equipment for all your adventures with your dogs.

If something is wrong with your Ohlala de Sophie product, please send us an email with a good quality photo to support us with your problem,  If you have received an item from Ohlala de Sophie that you suspect has a fault, please notify us immediately.

If the treats have any issues within the first 30 days of purchase, please contact us directly to resolve the issue. The bag must be in its original condition and must not be opened.


Our products are manufactured according to a high standard of product quality. At Ohlala de Sophie we take pride in our work and our products and we offer a lifetime warranty for hardware defects.  

Our warranty does not include damage caused by any of the following:

* Improper use of the product;

* Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations or modifications;

* Damage caused by tears or cuts of the products;

* Damage caused by the resulting from abuse or fire;

*Normal wear and tear, including chipping and scratches to hardware, and scratches and stains to Biothane.


Returns and Exchanges

It is very important to us that you and your pet are happy. If you are unhappy with any part of your experience with our store, please email us and let us help you.


Our return policy is accessible for a period of 20 days following the date of shipment of the product. After the 20 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Returns are accepted on unworn or unused in-stock merchandise, in original condition with tags attached. Bags of treats and jerky must be unopened and in their original condition.  


Please note that items are no longer eligible for return or exchange if the original tags have been removed or broken or if the item has been worn by the animal.

Exchange requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis for a period of 20 days following the date of shipment of the product. If there is a problem with our product satisfaction, we will be happy to exchange the product. 

Refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee.


Shipping costs and payments to return or exchange an item are the responsibility of the buyer.


Returns and exchanges on "My Design" items are not accepted.
